The Platform is made available to Users in Indonesia and other eligible jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Company makes no representation that access to the Platform is legal or appropriate in any specific location. Users who access the Platform from Prohibited Jurisdictions do so at their own risk and may have their Accounts suspended without notice.
By registering an Account, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you. You further confirm that you are not acting on behalf of a third party and that all funds deposited into your Account originate from legitimate sources and are entirely your own.
Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Duplicate Accounts are strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate Accounts and to confiscate associated balances where fraud or bonus abuse is suspected.
To register an Account with sr8888, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or permanent closure of your Account.

During periods of high network traffic or scheduled bank maintenance, processing times may be extended. The Company accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party banking infrastructure.

The Company monitors all financial transactions for indicators of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity. Any Account identified as being used to conduct suspicious transactions will be suspended immediately pending investigation.
